I feel that Congress is in a bit more of a powerful position here than the president when it comes to using policy to control companies and are therefore the ones who are bargaining on the behalf of the pharmaceutical companies, how do you think you will negotiate with and direct congress?

I’m very very curious, what do you think about the recently passed H.R. 358 bill?
