All Vermont Statewide candidates were
invited to WNYT Albany News CH 13 to
make their own live news statements.

Ms. Cris Ericson is on the Vermont election
ballot for Governor and for U.S. Senator
for the United States Marijuana Party.

She made two 2 minute news statements
today, taped live at WNYT, October 29, 2012.

In the first statement, she said that
marijuana and hemp used to be legal
in the United States, and that her own
grandfather was born on a Hemp Farm
in Shelbyville, Kentucky. She
also explained that her great grandfather
back in the 1600’s was Owanno, the
leader of the Piscatawney Tribe, a
branch of Algonquin Native American
Indians, and that hemp and
marijuana were legal then.

“It’s time to take back America!” Cris said.

She stated that State and Federal
marijuana laws should be repealed,
stricken off the books, because our
State and Federal budgets can NOT
stand one more day of billions of
tax dollars wasted on a drug war the
Legislators can’t win because adults
enjoy smoking marijuana, and voters
say it’s fun.

Cris explained that two big piles of
taxpayer dolalrs are being wasted.
In one pile is the money wasted arresting
people for marijuana, which is like the war
on Vietnam, no amount of helicopters
eradicating plants will stop this weed from
cropping up again, people love it,
they’re not going to stop using it.

Cris told WNYT viewers that the enemies of
common sense are the control freak Legislators
making laws who have their perverted noses
stuck up too far in your personal business.

Cris explained that President Obama smoked
marijuana and Governor Peter Shumlin of
Vermont smoked marijuana.

Cris said that the drug dealers have the second
big pile of money because they aren’t paying
taxes when they sell marijuana. Our State and
Federal budgets keep losing money by
arresting people for marijuana and by not
legalizing and taxing marijuana.

In Cris Ericson’s second two minute news
statement today on WNYT News Channel 13
in Albany, New York, she stated that when the
United States Declaration of Independence
was signed, marijuana was legal; and when the
United States Constitution was signed, marijuana
was legal, and again she stated that it is time to
Take Our Country Back!

Again she argued that President Obama smoked
marijuana, and no one put him in jail. Vermont
Governor Peter Shumlin smoked marijuana,
and no one put him in jail. She went on to say
that 25 million people in the United States smoke
marijuana and marijuana is the largest cash crop,
but State and Federal budgets are not receiving
one dollar of taxes from marijuana sales.

Cris talked about the marijuana Russian Roulette
Wheel whereby, out of the 25 million people who
are smoking marijuana, only 750,000 are arrested,
so the majority of people are getting away with it.
Because the majority are getting away with it,
they keep on smoking. The risk is about
one out of 33 people get arrested, or, in other words,
32 out of 33 people smoking marijuana do not get
arrested. So, with the odds in favor of NOT getting
arrested, no one is going to stop smoking marijuana.

Cris said that it is time for the Lawmakers and
Legislators in Montpelier, Vermont and Washington, D.C.
to stop their perverted interest in sticking their
noses into other peoples’ orifices. It is time for
Legislators to take their peeping Tom eyeballs
out of our private homes and private lives.

Rocky I firmly agree with your ideas if elected president are what the american people need today in Washington DC. Our country needs leadership thats not corporated funded as well as a fair justice system. Today our country is going down a wrong path. A path thats leading to a destructive nature. Not only monitary, but socially and morally. The world is watching us and whats happening here . Our democracy is now in question, something thats never happened before. Corporate infulance in our elections, policies and justice system are making our nation unstable and one sided. And Nations are seeing we are not a democratic as we said we were. Our nation needs to lead by example and not by its current path its on today. The poor,/ working class / middle class are faced with serious and increasing hardship and they need bailed out not Wallstreet & Banks. . The two parties in power today have no clue what the average americans are facing today with high unemployment, inflation across the board , price gouging by the fossil fuel companies, and higher taxes. They seem to think things are fine or getting better but In reality its not. But how would they know since many are extremely rich and not effected by the higher costs? Our nation need more people like you that have the right platform on which to discuss the real issues effecting everyone. I hope that you will make some differance in this election in the states that have you on the ballot .

My husband just sent our balout out today and we vote for you. We are from WA. I hope 2016 justice party candidate will show on balout in every state! It is a very young party. I can see the future of justice party is very bright. Keeping working! By the way, if justice party can support cutting taxes for labors and middle class, it will grow faster and bigger very soon. I have not read all tax issues. I just feel justice party might put too many taxes on people. Other issues, I agree 100%. Before Summer, we support Mitt Romney. My husband and I even shaked his hands when he was in WA. However, since a new manager came to covington walmart WA and people got fired unfairly and the things sold in walmart have very bad quality(we bought very bad food, shoes, clothes, cellphone, DVD disks etc. in Covington walmart), we changed our mind, we decided we might vote for Obama, because Walmart is a such big and bad corporation which is against union, destroys American small business and middle class, sells poor quality goods and abuses human right, especially women rights. We thought Obama is an union guy, so we might vote for him because we hate walmart. However, when we read the magazine and decide to vote, we could not ignore what you wrote there! 7 ways to save Americans people and the friendly foreign policy! It was the best writing on that election magazine. Obama’s team did not write very good on WA election magazine sent with balout to every voter. So finally we decided we should vote for you! Being a realist, I can see that in a few weeks from now when the final tally comes in, it will be DemRepug A 51%, DemRepug B 47%, with the remaining two % divided amongst third party candidates. During the upcoming 4 years the Justice Party, Green Party, Reform Party, and some from the left Libertarian Party MUST unite under the banner of a Citizen’s Populist Party with the first agenda being that of getting Instant Runoff Voting and proportional representation in our government. Breaking the 2 party monopoly is possible, but it will take a unification of 3rd party’s under one banner with a major push to eliminate the spoiler effect in our elections. With a 3rd major political party choice and election reform, we can get people to finally vote for the BEST candidate for the country.

I’m glad to learn that Larry King will be moderating the 3rd party debate on October 23. Hope this will draw more attention on the candidates.

Most Democrats don’t realize Obama wants to cut social security, Medicare, and Medicaid

Yes, your Democratic President, Barack Obama, is committed to cutting social security, Medicare, and Medicaid even though these are “entitlements”, meaning you already funded these employee medical and retirement benefits from weekly paycheck withdrawals over your entire adult life. Sad, isn’t it, that the middle class is not entitled to its own employee benefits money.

By the way, social security and Medicare are referred to as “entitlements” because you are entitled to this money. Yes, this is actually your money, funds that you and your employer have been contributing at a rate of 15.3% of your payroll earnings over the past 40 to 50 years of your working adult life, to be held in trust by the Social Security Administration. Of course, the purpose of social security and Medicare is to provide a modest, meager pension income and major medical insurance coverage following your retirement, after slaving away for most of your entire life so you could have just a little bit of security in the few remaining years of your life.

You don’t believe that President Obama intends to cut social security, Medicare, and Medicaid after the election?! Have you read Bob Woodward’s new book, “The Price of Politics”? It’s all there, in black and white, how President Obama has confessed to being a “blue dog” Democrat (a “blue dog Democrat” is a “conservative” and not a “progressive” Democrat), has stated repeatedly his commitment to cut entitlements, and is determined to drag along other Democrats to agree to the cuts to social security, Medicare, and Medicaid, ever since the year 2009 when he took office as President.

Most Democrats are unwilling to believe that President Obama will cut social security and Medicare, in spite of all the evidence to the contrary, including the highlighting of the Bowles-Simpson deal by Clinton and Obama at the recent Democratic convention. Bowles Simpson will raise the retirement age to 69, reduce the COLA coefficient, and hollow out benefits for middle and upper middle earners so that their maximum benefit is merely 1.5 times the poverty income level of $10,000 annually.

Obama’s game plan is to raise the retirement age up by three years, so instead of retiring at age 66, you would only be eligible to retire at 69 years of age. If the retirement age is raised to 69 years of age, that is like the federal government robbing you of $65,000 of your own money! That’s right: you don’t get three years of retirement monies. Wow. A supposedly Democratic President shafting labor. Where is the outcry from Democratic members of Congress? They all know this is about to occur after the election.

Tell them to raise taxes on the wealthy and corporations, instead of proposing more tax cuts for the corporations!
