Rocky Anderson, Our President 2012
314 W. 300 S., Suite 225
Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Thank you for this gracious and purposeful letter. Reaching out to Mr. Roemer as you’ve done is exactly the sort of bridge-building that needs to take place if we are to stop our nation’s slide toward tyranny and lawlessness. We need to unify, find common ground, and put aside our differences. There are more of us— independents, new voters, disaffected Democrats and Republicans, and non-voters who’ll vote for a presidential candidate that isn’t part of the corrupt Democrat-Republican duopoly— than there are Ds and Rs! We could govern if we formed an alliance, and if we do that we can accomplish so much! Just for starters, we can stop nuclear catastrophes, invest in clean energy, end the wars which are making enemies all over the planet— we’re using depleted uranium weapons on children, for heaven’s sake!— and depleting our treasury to the tune of trillions of dollars annually. We need that money to fix infrastructure, develop safe and environmentally friendly energy sources, provide health care and education, senior and infant benefits. We need to fund programs which benefit of our people and not our military contractors, the fossil and nuclear fuel industry, the telecommunications companies, and Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and their ilk.
So let’s unify.
Rocky, you and Buddy might explore working together, with others of your caliber and commitment.
I’m voting for you and doing everything I can to get you on the California ballot. Let’s all work to take back our government from big money.
Peace to us all.

Please sign this petition, or text "NOWAR" to 1-801-436-5858, demanding a de-escalation of nuclear proliferation, a cessation of UN sanctions against Iran, and a return to diplomacy as the primary means of discourse with Iran.605 signatures
The IAEA has been allowed access to a number of nuclear facilities in Iran in order to survey its nuclear technology. The IAEA Director General has declared that a number of nuclear facilities, which the IAEA now has under observation, are enriching uranium for peaceful purposes. The Director General is still requesting access to all of Iran's sites that are conducting nuclear research for full validation of Iran's nuclear program.
The constant belligerent rhetoric of the Democrats and Republicans, coupled with Israeli covert operations, has only increased Iran’s antagonistic attitude towards the West. America should not be threatening or condoning overt or covert military actions. We must pursue policies that de-escalate tensions between Iran and The West.
