I have to say that Ron Paul says many things that appeal to me. I am concerned about that trillion in cuts because he’s as against Homeland security (me too) as he is against the people side of the homeland. It ain’t all business and government isn’t supposed to run at a profit.

I’m not as worried as you are about globalists because they are making the same mistake they always do. Let me point out that world domination is a loosing battle so far. It’s a cycle that seems always to turn into a spiral and that flushes itself. But it is a cycle and it repeats.

The European Union is a prime example. Look what they’ve achieved. From the ashes of WWII they recovered from Hitler’s idea of a Europe with no borders, a super-government in which each country would have a voice, a single currency under a German central bank. It’s a good thing they didn’t have to live under those conditions… Because now, there are people saying austerity “is all Greek to me” and they’re turning it down in spades. Austerity is because government failed to regulate banks, nothing more. So, screw em’. What will the creditors do to collect? Roll out those mothballed Panzers? No, The People will just have to elect people smarter than the ones they’ve got and/or those who got them into the mess.

Ron Paul offers austerity because he plays the banker’s game as far as I can tell. All those trillions of imaginary dollars are just digital. Who do “we” owe the money to? Bankers. Now, since they set up the system and they’ve worked very hard to insulate themselves from risk by usurping government by the people, the only thing they can’t insulate against is if the people just say they don’t give a damn about the digital imaginary profit taking debt. So there…

They can’t deal with us if we don’t want to play in their casino by their rules. Just like the Greeks, we don’t understand how the game is played but we understand we are not meant to win. So, they’ll find difficulty in attracting more suckers to Globalism. And they’ll really blow it if we close the FED by not using their worthless Yankee dollars. It’s been done before. The FED isn’t the only bank that can issue script. And you won’t only have to pray the money is good, because your neighbor is.

And here is ron paul about the truth about the UN.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=697ZOIq34OE

here’s something that we can do to battle climate change, I Wish the UN to get out of america.

Obama is anti gun, Read The UN Gun Ban Treaty, look it up.

Joel House, we are not the REAL united Nations, we are the united states of america, the UN is a real threat and sorry rocky anderson will not get my vote, because he is pro-UN and that is wrong, I Agree with rocky anderson that corporate america is far more dangerous, but globalism is just as bad, what we are talking about here, it’s a battle between americans & globalists.

Ron Paul will not only get rid of K Street bag men, He also wants to stop government spending, get rid of many of these departments especially the department of homeland security, he will cut 1 trillion dollars in spending in one year

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQAHziV3HoM

I Still think the United Nations is a danger to america, just as horrible as corporate america, a real danger and they need to go.

Good talking with you as well. I think we’re probably about the same age so we remember when privacy had a higher bar and liberty wasn’t so close to lost. I hope against hope that someday we’ll get rid of the political contribution deductions and shut down the K Street bag-men. Federally funding elections on down to dog catcher would be cheaper than those deductions cost us now. It would be nice to tell Citizens United to shut up.
Well, here’s hoping for a Rocky miracle. I’m trying to donate some proceeds from my books but no response as yet..I wouldn’t do that for any other candidate. Since I’m not in the US any longer, it’s the best I can do.
Peace, my friend.

Joel, Great point about 3rd, 4th and 10th parties. Breaking the strangle hold of the two party system is a common goal. I do find Rocky hits the greatest number of important points for me. AFi has some that differ from mine. One link was about gun control. I put down my last gun the day I left Vietnam and never picked up another. I find it hard to believe Obama has a secret plan to take away guns. Whatever.
But one thing I will always believe in is that the America should always have room for different points of view. Good talking to you both.

Afi, American sovereignty can’t be threatened by the UN because we are the UN. I like Anderson because he is in tune with my sentiments that corporate America is far more dangerous to democracy than anything or any other force. It’s the fundamentals that are at risk. I understand your wish for the Constitutional Party to succeed and I agree they should. We’re on the same side, the GOP and the Dems are corporate capitalism and a K Street rubber stamp. They are not very good Americans and those who think they are, are deluded. So I’m with you, third, forth, tenth parties make more sense than two that count as one. We just have different opinions on the better candidate. I believe Ross Rocky Anderson fully understands the difference between a politician and a public servant.

Sorry, don’t know where I got that you were for Ron Paul…. These extend conversations are a challenge. Gary Johnson. Forgot about him. Sorry, the mainstream media and republican primary shut out some interesting voices. I did hear him speak several times and liked what he had to say.
Actually like him better than Ron Paul!

For me, I’m voting for libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson or the Constitution party if Virgil Goode wins this and for me, I Will never support the UN and never will, We also go to illegal wars under UN resolutions, that is why the UN is a threat to america

The UN needs to go and go now and take all other so-called free trade agreements and world organizations with them

As globalist puppet as dick morris is, he is right on this.

Shari has got a point, you don’t to agree with ron paul on the issues, but he is right on everything, plus he has the best track record in congress, he has never vote for any legislation unless the proposed measure is expressively authorized by the U.S. Constitution.

Afi. We sure agree on corporate welfare and these wars.
Thanks for the link. There are a lot of agenda flying around the UN as in any international body. There is a lot of the UN that I don’t like. I find agenda 21 a non threatening suggestion, not a threat. You are going to have to provide a source other than the John Birch Society for me to listen to conspiracy stories. Sorry, but that group is as credible to me as the UN is to you.
There is a lot about what Ron Paul has to say that I like. I like that he is consistent and up front about what he believes. I respect that.
I do believe in government of and by the people. I do believe in good government, I do not believe we have that.
As for dealing with climate change without government…? We can agree, certainly not with this present government.
Good luck to you and Ron Paul. I’m going to stick with Rocky.

I Don’t support corporate welfare nor these wars, I Don’t support democracy either, I Support restoring our republic and following the U.S. Constitution party and Yes the UN is a threat to american sovereignty, see this video on how evil the UN is.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X554O6TwiYM

This is the same UN that wants Agenda 21 down our throats, wake up, rocky anderson works for them, I Follow the U.S. Constitution and support the american people, not the UN Security Council and that is why ron paul gets my vote.
Joel House commented 2012-05-10 17:04:58 -0600 · Flag
Afl, if support of the UN and global warming issues is your reason for saying Anderson is wrong for America, you have a narrow view of what’s going on. Does that mean you accept corporate controlled elections and the destruction of democracy? Or women shouldn’t have the right to choose? Or military adventurism for corporate profit is ok with you? Well, somebody’s not right for America, but it’s not Ross Anderson.

Wow, Af….Sorry….that’s sounds like a mouthful of nothing other than paranoia to me. Personally, I see Multinational corporations as a far greater threat to our sovereignty and are behind the corruption of our government and inability to address climate change.
That’s why Rocky makes so much sense to me.
Afi James commented 2012-05-10 16:09:40 -0600 · Flag
That’s your Opinion, but rocky anderson is wrong for america, he supports the United Nations, we can battle climate change by getting the government out of the way and kick the UN out of the U.S,, This is a threat to our sovereignty.
Joel House commented 2012-05-10 11:31:31 -0600 · Flag
Until we federally fund elections and ban the tax deduction for political contributions, the 1% will continue to buy politicians. Ross Anderson is moving us logically toward democracy. It takes awhile for common sense to break out. But it can happen.
