I'm so glad that someone like Rocky Anderson has come into the 2012 Presidential race. Barack Obama deceived us in 2008 by thinking that we were voting for a new type of politics - instead, it was the same as usual and progressive ideas were instead replaced by conservative positions by him and the rest of the Democratic Party. There is no reason why many of the wealthy pay a lower percentage in taxes than the poor, no reason why the US is the only developed nation that doesn't provide health care for its people, no reason why we continue to avoid issues related to climate change, and no reason why we as a society tolerate and promote inequality. I sincerely hope that Rocky is the answer to all of our problems - I don't want to be fooled again, and I don't believe I will.
